  • Up to three graphics per pages, including photographs you provide us of yourself, staff, or clinic.  We also have a large library of royalty-free professional photographs available to use on your site.

  • An opportunity for you to request revisions and give final approval before your site is launched. 

  • Upgrades available for high-end customizations (see below)

  • Estimated completion time: Less than 10 business days from submission. (Time may vary depending on our work load. We will notify you from the onset if the design time will be longer and give you a projected completion date.) 

         

              That's it.  There's no hidden costs, no monthly fees.  Really.

 

If you've already looked into websites from other companies, you know that our design fee is indeed a value.  In fact, we invite you to do a Google search for "chiropractic web design" and compare features and prices.   You'll find that many chiropractic web design firms don't give you a price online.  They want the opportunity to talk to you first before they discuss costs, knowing that if they listed their design fees outright they'd eliminate many calls.  If a price isn't listed, you can usually count of a minimum design fee of $3,500, but we found one for over $7,000. 

Chiropractic design sites that do list prices tend to be more reasonable.  Comparable costs usually range form $1,499 to $2,900, but some of these companies charge additional monthly fees for web hosting.  Few offer the option to your patients of requesting appointments over the Internet; most that do charge an extra monthly fee.   We found one interesting option--a company that hosts your site for a $200 setup fee plus $30 a month, but you had to create each page, write your own text, add your own pictures, and then upload the whole thing to their servers!  Ouch!  There was one company that looked very competitive at first until we realized all the hidden costs.  They charged an initial set up fee of $499 for 9 pages but then they charge an additional $50 a month with a minimum contract of one year--or $600 extra up front in addition to the $499 design charge.  

Many of our clients tell us that before they found Chiro Smart Webs they had put off getting a website because of the expense.  They were delighted to find a company that offers them a professionally designed site and an affordable price.

How can we do such quality work for such a low fee?  Simple--we're small.  We don't have a large overhead or big payroll; therefore, we don't have to have to pass on a big markup to our clients just to cover our basic costs.  

We do charge additional fees for certain high-end customizations, but only for those design elements that are truly "add-ons."  For example, if you don't have a professional logo and would like one, we can design one for you.

After your web site is launched, we'll still be available to offer design support for any changes to your site that you may want to make in the future.  For example, if you move locations, add another doctor, or want to advertise a seasonal special, we can assist you at an hourly rate of $49 an hour.  This way, you won't pay for future services unless you use them! 

The only other expense you will encounter in the future is an annual fee for renewal of your domain name and web hosting, usually less than $100 a year.  We will be happy to handle these items for you as well.
